Greython Construction is proud to announce that we have been selected by DW Partners to act as its construction manager for the renovation and restoration of City Place, a $92 million, 29 story high rise historic tax credit project located directly across the street from the Gateway Arch Grounds in St. Louis, MO. City Place consists of the conversion of the long-vacant, 600 room Crowne Plaza hotel into a 407-unit apartment tower. The reconstruction will include the complete interior demolition and reconstruction of the building, exterior building envelope repairs and replacement, new MEP systems, extensive amenity space additions, and class A finishes. In addition to the tower, the project also consists of a chapel renovation, reconstruction of a 3-story commercial building and significant structural restoration throughout its seven level structured parking garage.
